Request deletion of your portal account data
To request removal of your NewProjectsOnline portal account and its linked Facebook or Google sign-in identity, email info@newprojectsonline.com from the email address associated with your account.
What to include
Use the subject “Portal account data deletion” and tell us you wish to delete your portal account, saved projects and social sign-in link. Never include your password, access token or identity documents in the initial request.
How your request is handled
Our team will verify that the request belongs to the account holder and confirm the outcome. If information must be retained to meet an applicable obligation, we will explain that when responding. Deleting a portal account does not delete your Facebook or Google account.
Remove access in Facebook
You can also remove NewProjectsOnline Portal in Facebook’s Apps and Websites settings. Removing access in Facebook does not itself remove information already stored in the portal; send the deletion request above for that.
