COST-SHEET WORKSHEET
Compare project cost sheets
Use the same price and carpet-area basis for each quotation.
Entered subtotal comparison
Base price + additional charges entered. This is not a final purchase price.
Compare like for like
1. Match the quotation
Record the specific project, tower, unit, floor and quotation date. A starting-price advertisement is not a unit-specific cost sheet. An EOI or booking deposit is not the full home price.
2. Match the area basis
Use carpet area in square feet for all columns. Do not mix carpet, built-up and saleable areas. The price-per-square-foot figure here uses only the base price, not the additional charges.
3. Check every exclusion
Ask which taxes, stamp duty, registration, parking, floor-rise, maintenance and other amounts are included in the quote. Enter only additional amounts not already counted in the base price. Enter 0 only when the quote explicitly has no additional charges.
Entered subtotal = quoted base price + entered additional charges.
Base price per carpet sq.ft. = quoted base price / entered carpet area.
Blank and invalid values produce no corresponding result. No tax rates, financing costs, appreciation or rental returns are assumed.
